The Tome is a publication of the Lummi Island Community Association (LICA)
and is published monthly except August and December.
All Subscriptions / Donations supporting the Tome are on a calendar year basis, January to December.
Currently, delivery of the paper version is free for Lummi Island addresses, but subscriptions and donations pay our expenses for publishing it and providing our many services to the Community.
Historically many donate at least $20
Additional required fees:
Mailing to an Off-Island USA address costs $15.00. Canadian addresses cost $21.00 in U.S. funds.
E-mail delivery is $6.00.
