Children benefit from gross motor skill development, vestibular stimulation, and emotional regulation through predictable transitions. Parents and caregivers are invited to co-regulate, bond, and move alongside their children, promoting connection and playful embodiment. The rhythmic structure and movement arc of the class also help reduce stress, increase body awareness, and build community among families.
