Reduce Waste at Home: The Art and Science of Composting, Vermiculture and Waste Reduction
Join us for a fun and educational workshop focused on home composting methods that result in waste reduction and diversion. Learn and share ideas, building new skills to generate high-quality compost for your garden/houseplants. We'll also learn about new guidelines regarding the disposal of compostable materials that will impact many Whatcom County residents in the coming years.

This workshop includes a presentation on composting and vermiculture, and we'll get to see a bookworm bin in action!
