It offers benefits like increased flexibility and strength, improved balance, and reduced muscle pain, while also promoting relaxation and mental well-being through breathwork and mindfulness. Key aspects include adapting traditional poses like cat-cow, sun salutations, and twists to a seated position and maintaining focus on breath and body awareness, even while seated.
