Tai chi (or taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice involving slow, graceful movements, controlled breathing, and mental focus to promote physical and mental health. It was originally a martial art but has evolved into an exercise for stress reduction, improved balance, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Benefits include better mood, balance, and sleep, as well as help in managing chronic conditions and preventing falls.
