Spring Community Healing Ritual Through Song

This two-hour gathering, with Amanda West, invites islanders and their friends to come together in the spirit of the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings. Held in a supportive ritual container of song, the afternoon begins with a guided meditation and vocal toning led by Amanda, followed by time for group sharing and learning simple, heart-centered songs taught by ear.
In this gathering, the songs and practices support presence, resilience, hope, and connection, offering a chance to reconnect with yourself, one another, and the emerging energy of spring. Participants will leave with a deeper sense of grounding, inspiration, and community.
No musical experience is necessary, and all are warmly welcome.
Cost: Suggested Donation of $20 per person to be collected at the event
