Dance for Life is all about celebrating movement, music, wellness, connection, and feeling good in your body through beauty and grace. It is a weekly dance class designed for every body and every level of experience.
This is not about performance or perfection. Set to beautiful, inspiring music, the class gently builds strength, balance, coordination, and artistry in a way that feels accessible and supportive.
Movements can be adapted to meet you where you are, whether you’re returning to movement, managing health concerns, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active.If you've never taken a dance class before - this is a great place to start!
