Whatcom Conservation District is embarking on the development of a new long-range strategic plan. This 5-year plan will frame the future conservation priorities of the District’s programs, activities and services. We have identified multiple pathways for engagement in its development, including an on-line survey to serve as a starting place and begin a conversation.
