The Lummi Island Community Association (LICA) will have its Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, March 23rd 2022 via a Zoom video conference at 7pm.
Due to the current COVID situation, we are not holding meetings in person. As always, One lucky Tome subscriber who attends the full meeting and presentation might win this month’s door prize.
After the business portion of the meeting , the program will be local representatives from Fair Vote Washington , a non-partisan, non-profit, volunteer-driven champion of electoral reforms like ranked-choice voting that give voters greater choice, a stronger voice, and a more representative democracy that works for all Americans. They will be talking about how ranked choice voting works and how local jurisdictions have adopted in Washington State and nation wide.
