The Tome is a newsletter publication of the Lummi Island Community Association (LICA) and is published monthly except August and December.
All Subscriptions / Donations supporting the Tome are on a calendar year basis, January to December.
If you have not already sent in your Membership Subscription for the 2022 Tome, you will not be receiving one in January.
Due to COVID the Tome is only being set out via eMail to Subscribers in January.
