Hydration
Drink water frequently before you get thirsty and never drink it all at once.
To stay hydrated, start drinking water early in the day and drink small amounts often throughout the day. Drink at least a quart of water each hour. Sport drinks low in sugar are OK, too.
Avoid drinks with caffeine and high sugar content such as sodas because they won’t hydrate you.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and stay safe!
