Your voice matters! So let's gather together for an all-island community dinner to celebrate! The evening will include a wonderful dinner, a presentation of the Community Health Survey results, updates on LIH&W initiatives, and an opportunity to celebrate your voices, our partnerships, volunteers, and community members who make this work possible.
Dinner starts at 5:30pm, but arrive a bit early to meet and greet your neighbors. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the survey results making sure we listened carefully to the needs and priorities of the community.

Seats will be limited to the first 100 so your pre-registration will save your spot.
