Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga mixes simple stretches, safe support, and relaxation techniques. It can enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, all while using a chair for support. Poses can be done either seated in the chair or standing while using the chair for stability.
No experience required and all are welcome to participate at their own pace. Hosted by Lummi Island Health & Wellness (LIH&W) and led by Jennifer Martin, this class is inclusive and accessible to all, including those with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
Suggested $15 Donation per class is appreciated and goes directly to the instructor.
