Taught by Jennifer Martin. With guidance, and time to practice each pose at a comfortable pace, explore a balance of warming and grounding postures, gentle balances, and stretches, using props for support when needed. No experience required—everyone is welcome to join and unwind.

Hatha yoga is a physical yoga style that uses breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asanas) to balance the mind, body, and spirit. This slower-paced practice holds poses for longer durations than flow styles like Vinyasa, making it suitable for beginners, and focuses on alignment, strength, and flexibility. The term "Hatha" can be translated to "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha), representing the balance between active and passive energies.
