Lummi Island Health & Wellness presents a Community Healing Ritual Through Song led by Amanda West. This two hour event offers islanders and their friends an opportunity to gather, share, and be held in a ritual container of song.
Amanda has many album recordings (another that just released), sings at festivals, and performances throughout the West Coast as well as parts of Europe.
Amanda will begin with a guided meditation and vocal toning, move into group sharing and then learn simple songs, taught by ear, which support presence, resilience, hope and connection.
Come away with a deeper access to self, spirit and community.
No musical experience necessary, all are welcome.
