Autumn Community Remembrance Circle
Date: Sunday, Oct 11th
TIME 4-5pm
Suggested Donation: Free
The transition to autumn marks a turning point, the balance point between light and dark, a threshold season where what has grown is gathered in and what no longer serves us is released. Grief often moves the same way, holding the harvest of memory alongside the ache of what has fallen away.
This community remembrance circle, guided by Jennifer Martin, offers a soft place to land and find connection, comfort, and community, especially during this season of change and as grief continues to move with us.
Our time together will include a fireside conversation, where we can share a favorite memory of those we are missing as the seasons shift, an exploration of ways we might honor them through an autumn ritual, and a short practice with somatic tools to support the body in settling when overwhelmed.
This session will be approximately 60 minutes long, and we will provide a nourishing herbal tea that can be supportive for grief and nervous system care. You are also invited to bring an object that is meaningful to you, to place on the memory table, or anything else that will support your comfort during this event.
